  • In France:  January 1st, April 5th, May 1st, 8th, 13th and 24th, July 14th, August 15th,  November 1st et 11th,  December 25th.
  • In Monaco: January 1st & 27th, April 5th, May 1st, 13th & 24th, June 3rd, August 16th, November 1st & 19th, December 8 & 25.

Reservation for walks

Regarding group or private walks, we refer on the schedule we set up together during the "Meet and Greet". If you want to change the schedule on a long term by adding a walk or changing a day, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to meet your expectations.

We understand that last minute changes or requests can happen. We will always do our best to satisfy you but cannot guarantee 100% that we will always have a slot for your dog.

If you don't need us to walk your dog for a few days or few weeks (during vacation time for example), please inform us your exact dates as soon as you can, so we can adapt to the changes at best and make another dog happy while yours is away.

Reservation for pet sitting

​We recommend placing your reservation at least 1 week in advance to ansure availability and a month in advance during vacation time. 


Cancellation can happen and we understand.  Nevertheless they must be made at least the day before the scheduled walk. This gives us time to adjust our schedule and give time slot to another dog. Failure to cancel within 24 hours window will result in the full price of the visit being charged. 
Furthermore, if we arrive to your home for a scheduled walk and your dog is not available or if we are unable to gain access to your apartment, you will be fully charged for dog walking services.
Pet sitting cancellation must be made at least 5 days in advance of the scheduled pet sitting. 
Cancellations with less than 2 days notice may be charged at full rate.

Two hour window

Punctuality is very important; nevertheless due to the challenges of maneuvering in the city in all climates, we reserve a two-hour window around the time of your scheduled walk. This window helps us manage constantly varying schedules, bad weather, toweling dogs after rainy and of course elevators that are sometimes out of order. 

Entrance access 

You have to inform your doorman or give us a written permission to access your apartment (only if you live in a doorman entry complex) 

Dogs behavior

Doggy Adventures requires that all dogs remain current with the following vaccinations: Toux du chenil, maladie de carré, hépatithe de Rubarth, parvovirose, para influenza, leptospirose, rage.

Dogs that are not spayed or neutered will be unable to participate in group services. 

Doggy Adventures reserves the right to refuse any services of use for dogs that, in its sole determination, are unhealthy, act aggressively, are undisciplined, evidence inappropriate behavior or who may be a danger to themselves or other animals or users.

Acknowledgement and waiver

By utilizing our services you consent that you have read our policies page in its entirety, agree and understand all of its contents completely. While we take every precaution possible to ensure that all of the dogs in our care are healthy and safe, the client must recognize that incidents can happen whenever dogs socialize together. 

Emergency care

In the event that something should happen to your dog that requires medical attention, we will do everything possible to obtain the right treatment for your dog in a timely manner. In the event that we are unable to reach you for whatever reason, we reserve the right to make medical decisions on your behalf for the care of your dog. You will be responsible for any veterinarian bills that results from getting your dog the medical attention that he or she needs.


All fees are expected to be paid by the 10th of each monthcash or check at the time the contract is completed or on the first day that service begins. Payment via checks should be made payable to Doggy Adventures.

Payment via cash or check may be left in home in an enveloppe written out to Doggy Adventures for your dogwalker to pick up.

Please be advised that Doggy Adventures reserves the right to terminate services if overdue balances persist.
