We currently offer dog walking services in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Monaco.

I'm interested. What is the set up procedure?

You can start by emailing us here with your name, pet's name, home address, phone number and scheduling needs. Make sure to put your thoughts, questions and worries (about anything!). We will contact you within 24 hours. Or simply call or text us 06 78 04 65 45. A service typically takes a couple of days to a week for complete set up. We always book a free "Meet and Greet" prior to service start.

What are Doggy Adventures business hours?

Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Outside these hours, there is an extra charge (see terms and conditions). Please contact us via email if you have special requests.

What is the minimum age for walking service?

​Your dog must be 4 months old.

Do you walk dogs in rainy days?

Yes we do walks even when it is raining.

What will you need from me before we can get started? 

If you are a new client we need to meet and greet, fill up your pet profile, sign a contract, you also need to provide us with the keys to access your house unless the concierge keeps them.

Why is it necessary to meet-and-greet before you begin caring for my pet?

So you get to know your dog walker/pet sitter before starting services, to discuss your pet's habits or requirements and answer all the questions you may have. 

Can I schedule a "Meet and Greet" after work?

Yes, we are flexible!

What if I have an emergency and need help at the last minute?

We will do our best to accommodate last minute request. But we can't guarantee that we'll be able to help. 

Are you licensed?

We certainly are and can provide documentation upon request.

How do I know my keys will be safe?

We code client's keys instead of labeling them with your name, address, or other indentifying marks.

How do I make house keys available to my pet sitter?

There are two ways to make your keys available to us. We prefer that you give us a set of keys, during the introductory meet and greet visit. The other option is to leave your keys at the front desk in a doorman building.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept payments by cash and check.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Yes. The contract states permission to enter your home to care for your animals and that you agree to our policies and procedures.

What is your cancellation policy?

For dog walking, a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice is required. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged at full rate.

For pet sitting, a minimum of 3 days notice is required. Cancellations with less than 3 days notice may be charged at the full rate.

Total cancellation of all walking dates and services with Doggy Adventures must be made in writing.

Are there extra costs for holiday visits?

Holidays visits (these include pet sitting or regularly scheduled dog walks that fall on holidays), are assessed a 50% fee. For a full list of holidays, visit our terms and conditions page.

Can you give medicine to pets?

We can administer pills or ointments after checking the prescription.
